Excellent analysis and a great piece. America needs to decide on the rational implementation of nuclear power as soon as practical.
Along with wind and solar nuclear power certainly has a place in providing reliable carbon, free energy.
We have the technology and know how to make this happen. It would be a shame not to implement it.
