Good stab at a controversial subject. Standard thinking shows U-boat duty to be the most hazardous among all and your figures pan out with what I’ve seen.
Interestingly I’ve never seen the merchant marine figures included as they were not actually considered combatants by most authors.
Here is another consideration: what theater was most risky for ground troops? Data from the defense department states that you had a 7X higher chance of being killed or wounded if you served in the Pacific.
