Rocco:

You're spot on with your advice. I "retired" from my corporate position after training our third CEO in 3 years and decided it was time to really find out what a work-life balance was all about.

It's been a fantastic ride with my consulting business start up doing well and living a more balanced existence with time for family, grandkids and sports.

Try to schedule monthly outings now while doing business (COVID Smart) and just came back from skiing in Idaho ...during the week!

If your audience can start a side business taking their experiences and sharing them with clients for $$$ it becomes an excellent lifestyle that doesn't require a traditional retirement.

One word of note: it does help to have a spouse or SO that has healthcare coverage while you are in the start up phase to lessen expenses and keep safe.

Keep up the great writing...we'll keep reading!
